Shipment Policy

NG Shipment Policy for Domestic Online orders:

  • 1. 100% Advance to be paid before Delivery.
  • 2. Delivery will be 15 Days to 30 days from the Order date.
  • 3. Gold Rate and Silver Rate is applicable on date of advance amount received.
  • 4. Please verify all the details of manufacture while taking delivery of jewels.
  • 5. NO COMPLAINTS WILL BE ENTERTAINED AFTERWARDS.
  • 6. Any inquiry pertaining to the Jewellery mentioned herein SHOULD be accompanied by this invoice.
  • 7. Our liability ceases as soon as goods leave our place.
  • 8. Goods once sold cannot be taken back. Weight recorded at our premises is final for all purposes.
  • 9. We reserve the right to charge interest @ 24% p.a. if this bill is not settled as per the terms of payment.
  • 10. All disputes subject to Tiruchirappalli jurisdiction.
  • 11. The above goods received in good condition and quantity and other specifications mentioned above are correct.

  • 1. 100% Advance to be paid before Delivery.
  • 2. Delivery will be 30 Days to 60 days from the Order date.
  • 3. All transactions will be by USD only.
  • 4. Shipment Charges will be applicable as per the place of delivery.
  • 5. Gold Rate and Silver Rate is applicable on date of advance amount received.
  • 6. NO COMPLAINTS WILL BE ENTERTAINED AFTERWARDS.
  • 7. All disputes subject to Tiruchirappalli jurisdiction.
